Analytics

Postra shows numbers in two places:

The numbers come from each platform. Postra shows what the platform shares with apps.

The Analytics page

Open Analytics in the menu. Your channels are listed on the left under Channels. Click one to see its numbers.

Channel analytics are available for these platforms:

Platform Date ranges What you see
Facebook 7, 30 or 90 days Page impressions, media views, post engagement, Page followers
Instagram 7 or 30 days Followers, reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves, replies
Threads 7 or 30 days Views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes
TikTok 7 or 30 days Followers, following, total likes, videos, plus views, likes, comments and shares on your recent videos
X 7, 30 or 90 days Impressions, likes, replies, retweets, quotes and bookmarks on your posts in that period
YouTube 7, 30 or 90 days Estimated minutes watched, average view duration, average view percentage, subscribers gained and lost, likes

Pick the period in the drop-down at the top: 7 Days, 30 Days or 90 Days. Each metric is a card with the total for the period and a small chart. Some cards also show how much the number went up or down.

When the numbers are missing

New YouTube figures can take a day or two to appear, because YouTube processes them first.

Post Statistics

For one post, open the calendar, hover over a published post and click Post Statistics (the bar chart icon). See Calendar.

The Statistics window shows Post Analytics: one card per metric, with a total and a chart. Choose 7 Days, 30 Days or 90 Days in the drop-down.

Platforms that share no post statistics

Telegram and personal LinkedIn profiles do not share post statistics with apps. For their posts, the window says: This platform doesn’t share post statistics with apps, so Postra can’t show any for this post.

If a platform does share statistics but has none for the post yet, you see No statistics available for this post.

TikTok posts sent to your inbox

Sometimes TikTok sends a post to your TikTok inbox to finish there, and Postra does not know which video it became. Post Statistics then shows the covers of your recent TikTok videos under Select the content that matches this post:. Pick the right one and click Connect Post. After that, its statistics show as usual.

Ask about your numbers

The Agent can read channel analytics for you. Ask it, for example, “How did my Instagram do in the last 30 days?”
