Where things are
On a computer, the main menu runs down the left edge of the screen. On a phone, a bar at the bottom holds Calendar, Agent, Media and Settings. The menu button at the top left opens everything else.
The left menu

| Calendar | Your posting hub. Every scheduled, draft and published post, in day, week, month or list view. This is also where you connect channels with Add Channel and write posts with Create Post. |
| Agent | Postra’s AI assistant. Choose channels under Select Channels, then tell it what you want to publish. It drafts and schedules posts and can make images and videos. New chat starts a fresh conversation. |
| Analytics | How your channels are doing. Pick a channel and a date range: 7, 30 or 90 days, depending on the platform. Covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and X. |
| Studio | Design graphics and short videos for your posts. The Graphics tab has Templates, Stock photos, your Brand Kit and AI Generate. The Video tab is for short clips. Studio needs a laptop or desktop. |
| Auto Post | Turn your blog into posts. Add your blog’s RSS feed with Add an autopost. When a new article appears, AI writes a post about it and schedules it. Available depending on your plan. |
| Media | Every image and video you have uploaded, ready to use again. Click Upload to add files, or use Search by file name. Hover over an image and click Edit in Studio to change it. |
| Plugs | Small automations for X, Bluesky and Threads channels. They act on a published post once it reaches the number of likes you choose. Auto Repost Posts reposts it (X and Bluesky). Auto plug post adds a follow-up post to it, so your followers get a notification. Fill in a plug and click Activate. |
| Help | Short guides inside the app, from connecting each channel to common questions and how to contact us. Type in Filter topics… to find one. |
| Billing | Your subscription. Only workspace owners and admins see it. |
| Settings | Your workspace and account settings. The tabs are listed below. |
Settings tabs
Which tabs you see depends on your plan and your role in the workspace.
- Global Settings: account settings, including the app’s language, time format, email notifications and deleting your account.
- Teams: invite teammates to your workspace.
- Webhooks: tell your own server when a post goes out. See Webhooks.
- Auto Post: manage the RSS feeds used by Auto Post.
- Sets: save a group of channels so you can pick them all with one click.
- Signatures: save text you add to posts often, such as hashtags or a call to action.
- Developers: your API key and the setup for AI assistants. See the Public API and MCP.
- Approved apps: apps you have allowed to use your Postra account. You can remove them here. See Sign in with Postra.
Logout from Postra is at the bottom of the tab list.
The top bar
The name of the page you are on is on the left. On a computer, these appear on the right:
- A flame with a number: your publishing streak, in days. It shows once you have a streak.
- The workspace switcher: only shown if you belong to more than one workspace. Hover over it and click a workspace to switch.
- A sun or moon icon: switches between light and dark mode.
- A flag: opens Change Language, where you pick the language for the app.
- A speech bubble icon: opens Report a problem, a short form for telling us something is wrong.
- A bell: opens Notifications, with messages about your posts, such as a post that has been published or one that could not be posted. The bell also shows on a phone.
